- Due to our size, we are severely affected by cancelations. For this reason, we adhere to a strict cancellation policy:
- Bed and Breakfast (B&B):
- Payments for rooms must be made on the day of booking.
- Cancellation up to 31 days before arrival: 50% refund
- Cancellation from 30 days before arrival: no refund
- Cancellation fees will be charged to the credit card you provide.
- Cancellations must be made by e-mail, stating the name and the period booked.
- Villa/holiday home rental:
- Reservations are considered valid after receipt of a deposit of 50% of the total rental costs.
- considered. The balance must be paid 6 weeks before the day of arrival. If the booking is made within 6 weeks prior to arrival, the full amount must be paid immediately. In the event of cancellation more than 6 weeks prior to arrival, 50% of the deposit received will be refunded. No refund will be made in the event of cancellation within 6 weeks prior to arrival. We therefore strongly recommend that you take out comprehensive travel insurance.
- If you rent the entire house, we require a deposit of €500, which must be paid together with the rental payment. The refund will be made within 14 days after departure.
- Bed and Breakfast (B&B):
- Check-in can take place from 15:00 - 22:00 on the day of arrival and check-out until 11:00 on the day of departure.
- The arrival time should be given 48 hours in advance so that we can prepare for your visit.
- Breakfast for B&B rooms is from 08:30 - 10:30. Breakfast is not included when renting the villa.
- If you have not vacated your room by 11:00 a.m., we will charge an additional night's stay.
- B&B: Minimum stay of three nights.
- Villa rental: Minimum stay of one week.
- When you book your stay, we will ask you for your credit card details. We reserve the right to pre-authorize the credit card details you provide. Your credit card must be valid for the dates of your stay.
- For bank transfers we accept Mastercard | Visa | Bank transfer | Cash
- We offer an "honesty bar" with drinks and snacks. Drinks/snacks consumed from the honesty bar must be paid for in cash in euros.
- We are happy for you to buy food and drinks to bring into CASA KALU during your stay and provide you with a private space in a fridge, but we ask you to consume food and drinks brought in from outside in the designated areas in the garden and on the terraces.
- We are happy to change the towels on request. Please contact us if required.
- Room cleaning is available on request. Please contact us.
- Villa rental: House cleaning and linen change are provided after one week. Sufficient towels are provided for the duration of your stay. For an additional change we charge 20€. Washing machine available.
- Casa Kalu is a non-smoking B&B. Smoking is only permitted in the outdoor areas. Please respect the environment and take care.
- The use of Casa Kalu's property is limited to the number of guests specified in the booking conditions.
- Other persons from outside are not permitted on the property.
- Any photo or video production for advertising or commercial purposes is strictly prohibited during the stay.
- Photo shoots and media matters should be discussed before booking.
- Pets are allowed if the villa is rented exclusively. Pets are not allowed when renting a B&B room.
- Due to our remote location, there may be temporary difficulties in accessing Wifi and GSM networks.
- Casa Kalu's pool is not guarded. It is your responsibility to ensure your safety.
- The following additional services can be organized for you on request:
- Cab and airport service
- Laundry service for B&B 10 € per washing machine. When renting the house, only the washing machine can be used free of charge.
- Bicycle or car rental
